We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
Our website and forms provider (Framer), who hosts this site and stores form submissions on our behalf
Our messaging provider (Slack), where enquiries are delivered to our team so that we can respond quickly
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare), which passes form submissions from the website to Slack and stores a copy of them for us
Our email provider (Resend), which delivers the copy of your enquiry to you and the notification to us
Google, where photographs you upload through our forms are stored in our own Google Drive, and where a record of your enquiry is kept in our own Google Sheet
Our professional advisers, insurers and auditors where necessary
Public authorities or law enforcement where we are legally required to do so
These providers act on our instructions under a written contract.

Our providers may store or process personal data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on safeguards approved under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work: 24 months from your last contact with us
Records relating to work we have carried out: six years after the end of our relationship, to meet tax, accounting and contractual requirements
Photographs uploaded with an enquiry: kept with that enquiry and deleted on the same timescale
