Absolutely not. We have screeded a 1m X 2m shower room, all the way up to a 9000m2 shop floor.
Yes, we can carry out demolition and waste removal of old screed, floor tiles and adhesive, before re-screeding. Let us assess your current screed to see if we can repair or strengthen it, before anything is removed.
We are able to pour small non-structural slabs, but for anything else we can recommend some excellent providers.
I'm afraid not. We lay the screed and any smoothing compound needed for those floor finishes, but we leave the rest to those qualified to so.
Yes. We can do all the necessary preparation, lay the screed, and even apply heavy duty resin coatings for a long-lasting durable floor.
Definitely. Our installers are trained to lay lightweight expanded clay aggregate concrete, specifically designed for old buildings where the load is limited.
