700m2 Commercial Floor Renovation and Screed London
VolkerFitzpatrick awarded the Screed Package of Kajima Developments £27 million design and build project to Screed Works Ltd. The job entailed the refurbishment and extension of 77 Coleman Street: a multi-use development in central London. The project included the construction of 68,000ft2 of office space and over 16,000ft2 of retail and leisure space.
