Screed Works specialise in installing floor screeds, from rapid drying ARDEX A29, A35 and A38, to self-levelling compounds such as Arditex NA and Arditex CL, a Latex Levelling and Self Smoothing Compound that improves flow, and application properties.
Chosen to level uneven internal subfloors to provide a smooth surface. ARDITEX CL can be applied on most common subfloors such as concrete, sand and cement Gypsum (anhydrite) screeds, receiving foot traffic after as little as 2 hours and most floor coverings, applied after just 12.
On highly porous or absorbent surfaces, prior to the application of Arditex CL, prime the surface with ARDEX P 51 to aid application, improve coverage and reduce suction and pinholes. If the subfloor is impervious or very dense e.g. ceramic tiles, Use ARDEX P4 Rapid Drying Multi-Purpose Primer, in accordance with the datasheet.

ARDITEX CL powder has a storage life of not less than 12 months if stored in dry conditions. ARDITEX CL latex has a storage life of 6 months in a sealed container if stored in frost-free conditions, out of direct sunlight.
