Summers-Inman, specialists in quantity surveying, project & cost management, facilities management & advisory services, alongside Lewis Build Construction Ltd, an independent building company with an established reputation for high quality construction, refurbishments, alterations and civil engineering works, were chosen by Allied Bakeries to be part of their £16,000,000 pound rejuvenation project.
Together they chose Screed Works Ltd to install their floor screed solution. Screed Works chose to install using Tekfloor Limited, Tekcem Fibre Plus, a Rapid Drying, Rapid Setting cement thats workability and quick drying properties, ensured that the screeding was completed within the timeframe, allowing for rapid access for other tradesmen to continue working in the area.
