Screed Works Ltd specialise in installing latex and water based smoothing and levelling compounds. Prior to laying you may need Ardex A18, Ardex P4 or Ardex P51 Water Based Primer and Bonding Agent, a concentrated, multi-purpose primer with a wide range of applications, which after drying, helps to inhibit the penetration of water from subsequently applied materials.

An effective pore sealer and bonding agent on absorbent sub-floors, Ardex P51 inhibits air bubbles rising through subsequently applied sub-floor smoothing and levelling compounds, thus extending their flow life and workability. ARDEX P51 is also excellent for improving adhesion of bonded ARDEX A35 Cement and Sand Screeds.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

Ardex P51 must be stored in unopened packaging, clear of the ground; in cool, dry conditions and protected from excessive draught. If stored correctly, the shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date shown on the packaging.
