100m2 Domestic Floor Screed Surrey
James Homes who construct and refurbish homes across London, and the South East of England has once again awarded Screed Works Ltd its flooring package, this time at its renovation in Esher Surrey.
Facing a limitation in the floor build up James Homes opted for a Tarmac Excelio liquid screed at 35mm as opposed to the Traditional 65mm sand cement screed to overcome the depth changes required. Encapsulating the pipes with only 35mm of screed allows for efficient transfer of heat and better retention time.

TARMAC Top Flow Screed Excelio is specifically designed for use in bonded construction between 12-30mm. Excelio provides the thinnest readymix screed solution and was designed to bridge the gap between bagged SLU materials and bonded sand cement screeds.
Can be walked on in 24-48 hours and loaded after 7 days. No reinforcement required Dehumidifiers can be used after 72hrs to aid drying. Dries at 1mm per day up to 30mm in good drying conditions. With an SP additive the plasticizing effect reduces this significantly.
