Screed Works Ltd, supply and install quick drying floor screeds, using the advancement in rapid-drying technology in cement such as Ardex A29, Ardex A35 and Ardex A38. On occasion, when time constraints require it, these cements use an additive that enhances their chemical composition, saving the client time and money.

When Ardex A35 is mixed with ARDEX A55 an ultra-rapid, self-levelling compound, it gives Ardex A35 the ultra rapid-drying time, for the installation of resilient and textile floor coverings, of just 4 hours and can receive foot traffic within 3, regardless of thickness!

ARDEX A 55s advanced sub-floor smoothing and patching compound with rapid hardening and rapid drying properties are specifically designed for areas where the installation time of floor finishes must be kept to a minimum. When mixed with water, an exceptionally fluid, flexible self-levelling mortar is produced which can be applied from a feather edge up to the required thickness in a single operation.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

This product must be stored in unopened packaging, clear of the ground in cool dry conditions and be protected from excessive draught. If stored correctly, as detailed above, the shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date shown on the packaging.

Use of the product after the end of the declared storage period may increase the risk of allergic reaction.
