Rapid Setting and Ultra Rapid Drying Cement for Internal Floor Screeds

Ardex A35 mix is a blend which incorporates Ardex A35 cement and graded sands producing an ultra-rapid drying floor screed which means it can be walked on after only 3 hours.

A35 is pre-blended with graded sand for your convenience – you will just need to add water.
Ready to be walked on after only 3 hours of application.
Ready for ceramic and natural stone tiles to be laid directly after just 24 hours
Ready to install wood, carpet or vinyl floor coverings after 24 hours, or just 4 hours for carpet and vinyl when smoothed with Ardex A55

Floor coverings can be installed in as little as 4 hours after the application of Ardex A35 Mix, regardless of thickness. Use Ardex A35 mix for bonded, un-bonded and floating screeds in internal locations.

Passes BRE Screed (ISCR) Testing after 6 hours
After just one day, achieves the acceptable minimum compressive and tensile bending strengths attained by an ordinary cement screed after 28 days

Fees are calculated at £29 up to 10kgs, then an additional £0.36 per kg up to 100kgs, capped at £72+VAT.
