Screed Works specialise in installing rapid hardening floor screeds, in all areas, and very often in External or Wet ares, using the rapid-drying technology in cement such as Ardex A29, and Ardex A38. As well as Self Levelling Compounds like Ardtiex NA and Ardtiex CL.
ARDEX MVS 95 is a One Component Residual Moisture Vapour Suppressant designed to suppress residual construction moisture in cementitious substrates including suitably prepared power floated concrete and cement/sand screeds. A two-coat system ARDEX MVS 95 produces a membrane which can accommodate hygrometer readings up to 95% RH, and allows the subsequent application of ARDEX Levelling and Smoothing Compounds without priming.
ARDEX MVS 95 can be used on heated screeds that have been installed and commissioned in accordance with BS 8204 Part 1, taking into account the recommendations in Part 4 of BS EN 1264.
It is not suitable for use on direct to ground substrates without a functioning,structural damp proof membrane. Please refer to the ARDEX DPM, ARDEX DPM 1 C or ARDEX DPM 1 C R datasheet for applications where no structural damp proof membrane exists or the relative humidity is above 95% RH

Tile Fixing?
Floor tiles can be fixed with an ARDEX Cement-Based Tile Adhesive e.g. ARDEX MICROTEC X77 or ARDEX MICROTEC X78, and grouted with ARDEX-FLEX FL Flexible Tile Grout, or ARDEX EG8 PLUS Epoxide Tile Grout for areas where chemical resistance and hygienic joints are required. When fixing moisture sensitive natural stone, we recommend the use of ARDEX MICROTEC S27, ARDEX MICROTEC S28 or ARDEX MICROTEC X7001 Tile Adhesives and ARDEX MG Tile Grout.
Storage and Shelf Life
Store in dry conditions out of direct sunlight & between 50C and 300C. Protect from frost. ARDEX MVS 95 has a storage life of not less than 12 months in the original unopened containers.
