The job

2,700m² of floating screed across 89 units

A five-storey residential building in Harrow for Bellame Group Construction, 89 apartments plus communal facilities, landscaping, parking, and waste and cycle storage, and our fifth contract with Bellame. We installed a floating screed over Celotex GA4000 insulation, using Rapido Witt 4-day rapid-drying screed to keep the following trades moving. Logistics and equipment both threw up problems along the way, but the site team and our crew worked them through together, and the floors were completed to Bellame's specification with minimal disruption to the wider build.
