In and out in a morning, back on site the next day
A lot of our work is for small and independent builders, and many of them have stayed with us for years. In Horsham, FD Brickwork had planned a traditional sand and cement screed on a residential restoration, which would have missed their programme, so we switched to Tekcem Fibre Plus, a 4-day rapid-drying screed. The 24m² was laid in a single morning, and the builder was back in the building the next day. In Lancing, Elements UK asked us to screed an 18m² bungalow refurbishment, and we used Mapei Topcem rapid-drying binder so the next trades could get on quickly. Elements still call us in today: we've done more work for them in 2026.
