MEB, Building and refurbishment contractors, specialising in commercial and industrial refurbishments and fit outs including partitioning, suspended ceilings and associated M&E works have been awarded the renovation works of this residential fit out in Bracknell.
MEB contacted Screed Works Ltd for the floor screed package including the shower room. A budget friendly option of Tekcem Fibre Plus, a 4 day rapid cement based binder which replaces ordinary Portland cement where improved strength and drying performance is required, was chosen as the timescale wasn't too tight, but did need to be dry within the week.
