Principal Contractors Truewood joinery specialists in Shopfitting, architectural and bespoke joinery , Counter & Cabinet Production have hired Screed Works Ltd to screed their Nandos redevelopment in Greenwich, home of the legendary flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken, located a short drive from the Royal Observatory and famous Cutty Sark location.
The programme being logistically challenging and time delicate, needed a quick turn around and the use of only the best materials.
Ardex A38 (3 hour Ultra Rapid Drying, Rapid Setting) done the job perfectly. Bonded with Ardex New ‘Green’ colour indicator Ardex A18, meant the screed was able to be walked on after only 3 hours, receiving its ceramic and natural stone tiles directly after only 4. Continuing trades were then able to move quickly and efficiently keeping the project on time, on budget.
