Luxury Design and Build Developer Forbes Claymore chose Screed Works Ltd for the flooring package at this prestigious New Build in Kingston Upon Thames.
The required continuity and seamless transition between the design and construction meant the screed below had to be what is called in the industry an SR1 finish, which limits any deviation of the surface beneath, enabling floor finishes such as the upmarket Karndean tiles to be laid flawlessly, without the need for an otherwise costly levelling compound.
