2700m2 Residential Floor Screed, Harrow London
We recently had the privilege of signing our fifth contract with Bellame Group Construction, a client with whom we have built a solid partnership over the years. The Green Hill Road project in Harrow London is a comprehensive project involving the construction of a five-storey residential building with 89 residential units. The aim of the project was to construct a five-storey building complemented by communal facilities, landscaping, parking, waste and cycle storage.
Screed Works Ltd used a floating screed technique with Celotex GA4000 for the insulation and Rapido Witt, 4 Day Rapid Drying Screed.
Despite some logistical and equipment challenges, our team's expertise and flexible approach ensured the project ran smoothly with minimal disruption to the overall construction process. The project was successfully completed to the technical specifications and quality standards required by Bellame Group Construction.
