Commercial Fit Out and Restoration 21 Sackville St, London

Just a stone's throw from Regent Street and on the edge of Mayfair, 21 Sackville is a prestigious commercial building being converted and refurbished by Collins Construction Ltd. The company commissioned Screed Works to carry out the screeding package, which required detailed screeding solutions on multiple levels.

Restricted access presented a logistical challenge, which was overcome through the strategic use of specialist machinery and careful planning of material delivery and movement within the restricted site environment.

The specific screed thicknesses and material formulations required the use of adaptive screeding techniques and materials with high precision to ensure compatibility with the design and functional requirements of the building. The use of a PFT G4 Smart pump for the Weber Floor 4310 self-levelling compound and a diesel powered screed pump for the efficient application of a fast drying screed was ideal.
